Who develops private label candles, reed diffusers and electric diffusers?

Jason Craft develops private label home fragrance for North American retailers and brands: candles, reed diffusers, ceramic and electric wax warmers, and ultrasonic, waterless and app-controlled diffusers. The vessel or device, fragrance, decoration and packaging are developed together, and electric products are safety listed model by model.

Choose a shape from our diffuser range, then change the color, finish, decoration, light settings and packaging. No new tooling is needed, so samples come faster.

Develop a new model

A new shell design, tooling, electronics and safety listing for that exact model. It takes longer, and the product is built around your brief.

MOQ and timing depend on the model, the decoration and the packaging. We confirm both when we quote.

Candles & reed diffusers

One product, not a kit of parts

Glass and ceramic vessels from our Vietnam and China bases, filled by candle partners with automated lines, burn-tested and color-matched before shipment. Reed diffuser bottles, reeds, caps and fragrance are specified and tested together.

Ceramic and electric wax melters, and ultrasonic diffusers in ceramic, wood-grain and molded finishes. Existing models can be customized in color, finish, decoration and packaging; new models go through design, tooling and safety listing.

What types of diffusers can you develop?

Ultrasonic diffusers in ceramic and metal shells, flame-effect, lamp-style and app-controlled diffusers, waterless nebulizing diffusers, commercial and HVAC scent machines, car diffusers, and ceramic and electric wax warmers. Our factories' standard ranges hold more than 370 existing models in China and Vietnam.

Can you develop a complete home fragrance product, not just the vessel?

Yes. The vessel, fragrance, wick or reeds, decoration and packaging are developed together with our filling and electronics partners, so the finished product is tested as one item.

Are electric wax warmers and diffusers safety listed?

Electric home fragrance products we have supplied to North American retail have carried ETL listing from Intertek to UL 1026 / CSA C22.2 No. 64. Listing is tied to the exact model, so we confirm it model by model for each program.

Can you customize an existing diffuser model?

Yes. Shell color, finish, laser-engraved or pad-printed decoration, light settings and packaging can be customized on existing models, which is faster than new tooling.

How are electric diffusers checked before shipment?

Our QC staff run function tests, check dimensions and inspect the circuit board and atomizer, in addition to incoming-material checks, in-process sampling and a final inspection before shipment.

Can diffusers be made with EU plugs?

Yes. We have supplied diffusers and wax warmers in US and EU (Schuko) plug versions. Plugs and adapters are specified for each market, and safety listing is confirmed model by model.
